Who can become a Vlosome Professional?

Complete the Become a Professional application and submit the requested personal, business and professional documents.
What documents do I need?
Depending on your service: government ID, business registration, applicable licences/certifications, insurance, experience information, references and payment details.
Will Vlosome verify my identity?
Yes. Identity verification is part of the vendor onboarding process.
How do I receive jobs?
Eligible bookings may be presented to you based on your service category, location, availability and other matching factors.
What Commission does vlosome charge?
The initial example is 10%, although the actual rate may vary by service category or agreement.
When will I receive payment?
Payment settlement will follow Vlosome’s applicable vendor payment schedule and may be affected by refunds, cancellations or disputes.
What if I need to cancel?
Notify Vlosome as soon as possible. Repeated or last-minute cancellations may affect your account.
What rules must vendors follow?
Vlosome vendors are expected to:
- Provide services professionally, safely, and respectfully.
- Arrive on time and communicate with customers if they are delayed.
- Only perform services they are qualified, licensed, and authorized to provide.
- Maintain valid licences, certifications, insurance, and other required documents.
- Follow all applicable laws, regulations, health and safety requirements.
- Treat customers, their homes, property, and belongings with care.
- Use appropriate tools, equipment, and safety practices.
- Keep customer information and personal details confidential.
- Follow Vlosome’s booking, payment, cancellation, and communication policies.
- Not accept or encourage off-platform payments or bookings intended to bypass Vlosome.
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or inappropriate conduct.
- Report accidents, property damage, safety concerns, or other serious issues to Vlosome promptly.
- Maintain honest and professional communication with customers and Vlosome.
Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, suspension, removal from the platform, or other action in accordance with Vlosome’s Vendor Agreement.
